I had requested the flowers be delivered in the morning as it was for a memorial service. I was informed that they didn’t start deliveries until 2:00pm because that’s when their drivers started. I was disappointed but hopeful that they would at least be delivered early ( as close to 2 as possible). I found out that they were not delivered until 4:45pm. Well after the memorial started. Probably will not order from you again since my request was not honored. Also, I was ordering from a different state. Customers request was not taken into consideration.
